Hello Bluebird Families!

This week the bluebirds finished creating our classroom scarecrow. Together, they came up with the idea for the scarecrow to work on a banana farm, scaring the birds away from the farmer’s home grown bananas! This helped segway into our discussion about weather, climates and temperatures that are needed for snowfall and rain.

With Hanukkah on its way, the bluebirds learned about the history and traditions of this holiday. We did an art project and talked about our soon to come cooking festivities!

Here are bluebirds having a popcorn math party! We worked as a team to also make our own butter, by taking turns shaking a jar filled with  cream and salt.

When the rain cleared up, the bluebirds got their wiggles out exploring and playing on the roof!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend. See you on Monday!

Best,

Corrine
